Congratulations video questions
What is personalised in the video?
The crew performs the recipient’s name and your written message. The selected package can also include their photo, a chosen song and extra edits.
Who performs the video?
Real performing crews in Africa, India, Pakistan and Russia film each video to order. The performers are real people, not AI-generated characters.
What details do I need to provide?
After payment, send the recipient’s name, your message and the photo or song requested by your package. Add pronunciation notes for any wording that may be unclear.
How is the video delivered?
The finished video is delivered digitally by email. Premium and VIP take up to 24 hours after complete, usable details arrive; Basic takes 48–72 hours.
Is anything shipped in the post?
No. The personalised video is a digital product delivered by email, so no postal shipping address is needed.
What should I do if I have a deadline?
Choose Premium or VIP and submit complete details promptly. For a fixed deadline, contact support before relying on a delivery time.

New job, new baby, new house, passed their driving test (finally) — a "congrats" text takes four seconds and they know it. A full dance crew chanting their name with your message on a poster? That's a congratulations they'll show everyone for weeks.
