1. Who we are

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wishes Made Easy Limited. “You” and “your” refer to the customer accessing or purchasing from the site.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. The service

Wishes Made Easy provides personalised video greetings recorded by performers. Each video is digitally delivered as an MP4 or MOV file via email, typically within 24–48 hours of receiving your order details. The typical video length is 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. By submitting payment information you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method.

6. Your content (photos, text, music)

When you submit photos, text messages, or song requests with your order (“Customer Content”), you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use that content;
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to produce, deliver, and provide customer support for your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content we reasonably consider unlawful, infringing, or in breach of these terms, and to issue a full refund where production has not yet started.

7. Your video (intellectual property)

Once delivered, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to download, save, share privately, and post the finished video on your own social channels.

The performers, recording, and overall production remain the intellectual property of Wishes Made Easy Limited and the participating performers. You may not resell the video, sub-licence it, use it for commercial purposes, or modify and re-distribute it as your own work without our written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our services to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person;
• Submit content involving minors that could be considered exploitative;
• Submit hate speech, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes violence;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or other users’ data;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the site without our written consent.

9. Delivery

Delivery is digital only and is governed by our Delivery Policy. Standard delivery is 24–48 hours after we receive all required information; express delivery is available for an additional fee at checkout. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: full refunds are available for non-delivery, file defects, and material errors not-as-described. Change-of-mind and creative differences are not refundable once production has begun.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress) arising from your use of the site or any video.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or any delivered video.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version published on the site when you placed the order. Material changes will be notified via the site or by email where reasonable.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site and to cancel orders if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Where production has not started, you will receive a full refund. Where production has started, refunds are at our discretion in accordance with the Refund Policy.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that customers resident in another part of the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
