Q: How do I order a video message?
A: Ordering a video message is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Choose a song – Pick your favorite song or let us choose one. Our friends from Africa will dance to this wonderful tune.
- Personalized messages – Write 2-4 phrases to display on a board and select one phrase for the group to recite by heart.
- Add a photo – Upload a picture of the person you want to surprise.
- Delivery – Once your video is created, it will be sent to your email within 1-3 days. Please check your spam folder. If you'd like us to send the video directly to the recipient, simply provide their email address.
Q: When will I receive my video?
A: Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days. However, during peak periods, there may be slight delays. Since we can only process a limited number of orders daily, we appreciate your patience. If you have any concerns, we kindly ask that you allow a few extra days before reaching out.
Q: How will my video be delivered?
A: Your video will be sent directly to your email.
Q: Is it only for birthdays?
A: No! We create videos for any occasion, including Graduations, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and other holidays. Just let us know the special event, and we’ll customize your video accordingly!
Q: What if I choose Express Delivery?
A: If you select Express Delivery, your order will be prioritized and completed within 24 hours. Each video is custom-made, so we appreciate your patience. Please note that the day you place your order does not count as the first day.
Q: I can’t find my video!
A: Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t locate it, contact us, and we’ll assist you right away.
Q: What if I lose my video?
A: No worries! We securely store your video for up to one year. Just reach out, and we’ll be happy to resend it to you.
Q: Can I let them say anything I want?
A: We expressly ask you to keep it appropriate. If we notice anything in your request that is inappropriate, we will reach out to you for changes.
Q: Are the performers being exploited?
A: Of course not! 😊 We are in direct contact with the teams and communicate with them daily. The payment goes directly to them, with no third parties taking a cut.
