Q: What does Express Delivery include?
A: Choosing Express Delivery means your order jumps to the front of the queue — we aim to deliver your video within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind:

  • The day you place your order doesn’t count toward the 30 hours.

  • All videos are custom-made, so we appreciate your patience as we craft something special.

  • If we miss the 30-hour window, you're welcome to request a refund for the express fee — or even a full refund, if preferred.

  • If you cancel Express midway, your order will be moved back to standard delivery.

Q: How long does standard delivery take?
A: Standard turnaround is 1–2 days.
During busy periods, slight delays can occur since we limit daily orders to maintain quality.
If it’s been longer than expected, just reach out — we’re happy to check in for you.

Q: I haven’t received my video — what should I do?
A: First, check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
Still no luck? Contact us and we’ll resend it right away.

Q: How is the video delivered?
A: We’ll email your completed video directly to the email address you entered when ordering.

Q: I lost my video — can I get it again?
A: Absolutely! We keep your video on file for up to 1 year. Just drop us a message, and we’ll resend it to you at no extra cost.
