  • Delivery method: Email with a direct attachment (when size allows) or a secure download link.

All our video greetings are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed and we have your details, your request is added to our production queue and our team starts creating your personalized message.

  • Typical production & delivery: 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after we receive all required information.

  • Delivery is via email to the address provided at checkout, either as a downloadable link or a direct attachment.
