Christmas order-by dates
Christmas Day 2026 is a Friday. Times count from when complete, usable details reach us, and we process orders every day.
- Premium and VIP: send complete details by 12:00 (UK) on Wednesday 23 December to have them by Christmas Eve.
- Basic: send complete details by Sunday 20 December.
- Party or last working day before 25 December? Aim to send your spreadsheet at least 3 days before, and tell us the date when you ask for a quote.
Questions
Can we use the videos on social media?
Yes. Every corporate video includes a commercial licence. For paid ads with a custom script, ask about the Campaign tier.
Can you include our company name or logo?
Your message is performed word for word as written, so you can include your company name. Ask about logos when you request a quote.
What if a name is hard to pronounce?
Add a phonetic spelling in the spreadsheet. The crew reads it out as written.
