Basic takes 48–72 hours after complete details; Premium and VIP take up to 24 hours after complete details.

Support from order to deliveryUse these as a starting point, then add their name and your inside joke.
Happy birthday, Alex! Another year older, still the last one ready. Love from your favourite people.
Happy birthday, Mum. We wish we could be there, so we sent a whole crew to celebrate you.
Sam, you always show up for everyone else. Today this performance is just for you. Thank you for being you.
They hear their name. They recognise the joke. Then they have a video they can keep and send to everyone.
VIP includes a personal gift page. World Tour brings all four performances together on one page.

When do I send the name, photo and message?
After payment. Use the details link on your order confirmation, or the link we email you. Filming starts when we have complete, usable details.
When will the video arrive?
Basic takes 48–72 hours after complete usable details. Premium and VIP take 24 hours after those details. VIP gets priority in the filming queue.
What makes VIP different?
Everything in Premium, plus priority queue, three photos, their face on the board in a crew photo shoot, scheduled send and a personal page for the finished video.
Is World Tour an extra charge on top?
No. It replaces your single-video selection with one complete package: Russian, Indian, African and Pakistani performances on one gift page. You can give each crew a different message.
Can I use it for something other than a birthday?
Yes. Choose an occasion above and send the message you want performed after payment.
Is it a real crew?
Yes. A real crew shouts their name, holds their photo and dances to their song. No AI, no stock footage: your video is filmed fresh, for one person, once.
What if I don't like it?
If a name, line or detail is wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it. If the video does not arrive or will not play, we will fix it or refund you. Refunds do not cover a change of mind or differences in style, so check your details before you send them. Full terms are in our refund policy.
What if a detail needs correcting?
Contact us with your order number and the detail that needs attention. Our refund policy explains the available remedies.
