Basic delivery is 48–72 hours. Add this and your video is delivered within 24 hours instead.

You do not need this on Premium or VIP. Both tiers already include delivery within 24 hours as standard — adding this to a Premium or VIP order buys you nothing.

Either way, the clock starts when your personalisation details reach us, not at checkout. Our crews film 08:00–17:00 GMT, so details sent overnight start on the next filming morning.
