This trips people up because most "personalised video" services are English-only — they're template systems that slot a name into a pre-recorded English clip. Ours isn't. A real crew reads and performs what you write, so the language is whatever you write in.

Which languages?

Our Mumbai crew works comfortably in Hindi and English, and can usually handle a short greeting or a name in other Indian languages — Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil. The safest approach for a longer message is Hindi or English, with a line or phrase in the other language.

Two things that always work regardless of language:

• The name. Write it phonetically if the spelling doesn't match how it's said — "Saanvi (SAAN-vee)". This is the single most useful thing you can do.
